Hello people,
    I believe ya'all have been fine. Today I will be talking about a look I Named "all things bright and beautiful" lol, don't ask me why, It's just a name! Haha...
 Ok, time for some seriousbusiness. I created this look using the following products:

Face;
Nyx photo ready primer

Divina eyeshadow palette ( in the eyes have it)
Biolishi liquid liner (black)
Nyx matte black liner
Nyx doll eyes mascara

LIPS;

How I got the look
I primed her face using Nyx photo ready primer then I mixed kiss beauty balm in medium and light medium and applied it on her face using Divina buffing brush. I did her brows with the Nyx auto brow pencil and filled it with Divina brow filler in the brows have it. I went on and primed the eyes with Nyx eyeshadow primer and I applied Nyx eyeshadow in boost all over her eyelid, blended it at the crease with d skinned toned brown in the Divina eyeshadow pallete in gold digger then I contoured the eyes with Divina eyeshadow in savanna and added a touch of the black from Divina eyeshadow palette in the eyes have it just to smoke it out softly. I lined the eyes with the Biolishi black liquid liner and lined her lower lash line with Nyx matte black liner. I applied Nyx mascara. I lined her lips using the Nyx lip pencil in red then applied
Ithe Nyx lipstick in indie flick. I finished up the look with Nyx stay matte and not flat powder and Biolishi blush. The result...

REST IN PEACE ADENIKE OGUNGBE(MADAM EWAR) CEO EWAR MAKEOVERS

yesterday,the 3rd of July was a sad one for everybody in the makeup industry,(even now) this is so because a woman who has been referred to by many as a rear gem has just past on. It is said that  Mrs Adenike  died while having a baby(the baby girl is alive). The moment I heard, I went straight to my video gallery to watch the video of her Gele(head gear)tutorial I have had there, as if I’d find out that it was a wild spread rumor that turned out to be a lie the moment the video was played. hmmmmmmmm.

her last tweet was
I do hope her family and close friends will read  this touching last tweet and be encouraged.
          She was one of the women(makeup artist) I looked forward to meeting  soon , she was a wonderful makeup artist indeed with great work to her credit but now I will never get to meet her .May God grant her  family the fortitude to bear the lost. Rest in peace ma'am.

FOUNDATION, YES IT IS IMPORTANT

Hello lovelies, how has your week been? I trust God is moving ya’all higher.  **smiles**
Let me state here that this particular post is not for my colleagues in the makeup industry, NOP! Surely not for the pros that can get their makeup done flawlessly, nor is it for those who know everything there is to know about  today’s topic. Rather, it is for my friends and their friends out there that have mentioned to me or thought to themselves at some point that foundation application is not important. Whether we (as women) like it or not,99% of us apply some form of makeup even if its just powder and a clear lip gloss or lip balm lol, we therefore need to know.
1.      Above all else, foundation like the name implies is the base that the rest of your makeup will rest on.
2.          it is the key to an even tone on your face and texture to your makeup.
3.        It gives a natural and flawless skin if properly applied.
4.       Foundation can also cover a certain degree of spots on the face

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  It is important therefore, put the following into consideration before getting one;
·         Go to a trusted makeup store in order to prevent the risk of buying fakes.
·         Seek advice from the pro on the kind of product and the kind of coverage you should go for E.g. medium or full coverage. Note that there is liquid, cream, and powder type of foundation.
·         Get the right shade for your skin tone
·         Lastly, after spending the money to purchase the desired one, apply properly, making sure to blend, blend, and blend evenly on your face and neck.
 Remember to wash off makeup before bed time to prevent possible breakouts.

Product Review; Zaron Lipliner Pencil in 'Prune Juice'

Hello Lovelies,

         Nice to be here again. I was busy with alot of things all week including finding my way around here  just to make sure i meet up with a bit of your expectations.lol. Today however,i'm going to talk about Zaron lipliner pencil in 'prune juice', but i call it my 2 in 1 lipliner pencil. you might wonder why i've used that term to discribe this lipliner,well... you'll soon find out.
      When i first saw this pencil,i was a bit sceptical(as i am when it comes to liners) I picked one from the shelf,made sure the shop assistant wasnt watching then i took a quick swatch of it and decided to go for  it(silly me,i didnt know if they'll approve of that).i didnt use it for a while  after i purchased it but when i eventually did,i fell in love with it.Now i  always look forward to an oppotunity to pear it with almost every look.
          Prune juice is a medium purple shade ,it is really creamy,easy to glide on and easy to blend whether you are using a lip brush or your finger. I have also discovered that it can be used as a pale lip colour,all you have to do is apply a lip balm or a clear lipgloss over it.

Advantages

  • It is creamy
  • Easy to blend
  • Glides on easily
  •           Dosnt leave lips feeling dry
  • Good for its price
  • it can serve as a pale lip colour

Disadvantages

Non from me

I highly recommend this lip pencil to every makeup lover,whether you are a makeup artist or not!
